            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Bannockburn, Lake County, Illinois, at the Village Hall, 2275 Telegraph Road, Bannockburn, Illinois, for the purpose of considering the enlargement of Village of Bannockburn Special Service Area No. 10 (“SSA No. 10”), to include the following described territory:

PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT

            PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing shall be conducted on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., before the Village Board of the Village of Bannockburn, Lake County, Illinois, regarding a proposed annexation agreement by and between the Village and the owners of an approximately 5.269 acre parcel of property that is proposed to be annexed by the Village (the “Property”). The Property is generally located at the northeast corner of the intersection of IL Route 22 (Half Day Road) and IL Route 43 (Waukegan Road). The Property is legally described as follows:
