Water & Sewer Bill

• Water & Sewer bills DO NOT incur a service fee when the payment is $4,000 or less.
• Water & Sewer payments over $4,000 will be assessed a service fee by the payment processor.
• US bank account payments (which pull directly from your checking or savings account) incur service fees (for payments other than Water & Sewer bills): a flat $0.75 service fee will be assessed by the payment processor.
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit card payments incur service fees (for payments other than Water & Sewer bills): 3% of the payment total assessed by the payment processor.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay payments incur service fees (for payments other than Water & Sewer bills): 3% of the payment total assessed by the payment processor.
• The service fee is displayed before you confirm your transaction and submit payment.
• The system will display and provide a confirmation number and summary page, including the amount paid and service fee charged
• Please allow 3 business days from transaction for payment to post and 1-3 business days to reflect as paid (if paying by electronic check and your bank rejects the payment, Bannockburn will notify you via email within 3-5 business days with further details).
• All rejected/returned transactions are subject to a $35 fee.
