Grant Partner:  The ComEd funding was used to reduce weed pressure on two sites within the Village of Bannockburn. The project included: invasive species control, native plant establishment and maintenance, stormwater infiltration, reduced erosion and siltation, enhanced air and water quality, and improved native habitat by overseeding with native species.

CTAD’s mission is to reduce the use of alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs among youth in Bannockburn, Deerfield, Highland Park, Highwood and Riverwoods. The Coalition is a volunteer-led organization which strives to build and sustain a safe and healthy community in which our youth feel protected, confident and empowered to make drug-free choices.

Since 1925, the DBR (Deerfield, Bannockburn, Riverwoods) Chamber of Commerce has been a respected organization and a strong community partner helping local businesses succeed by offering a variety of activities, including networking, marketing, education, resources and advocacy.

The Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Protection District provides emergency management services and fire protection to the Village of Bannockburn. They provide us services including review all life safety areas for residential and commercia construction, fire inspection, and life safety permits. The Village of Bannockburn follows the International Fire Code 2018.
