Utility Bill Payment Options

Bannockburn Residents…

Check out the many options to pay your Village of Bannockburn utility bills (water/sewer bills).

1) Automatic Bill Pay (ACH)

Never be late again!
Join almost 50 of your neighbors who are already enjoying the convenience of Auto Pay!

Sign up to have your Utility Bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account every billing quarter on the due date (typically the 20th of February, May, August and November).

Utility Bill Auto Pay is FREE, SECURE, and EASY. Click HERE  for the application.

2) Credit Card one-time payment

You can make a one-time payment online using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover via our new credit card vendor and website link* (we no longer utilize EPAY, so make sure to remove that bookmark from your internet browser).  The same payment system also allows automatic re-occurring credit card payments should you want to utilize that option (if you are strapped for time).  [*Please note that payments made using the Village’s online payment system that are greater than $3,000 will be assessed a 2% charge on their next utility bill (the fee is 2% of the total amount paid).]

Credit Card

You’ll need to have your utility bill handy to provide the PIN located near the top, right of the bill (see sample below). (PIN number is NOT case sensitive.)

3) Pay by Mail

Use the envelop enclosed in your utility bill bill to mail payment to Village of Bannockburn, 2275 Telegraph Road, Bannockburn, IL 60015

4) Pay In Person at Village Hall

Village hours are Monday (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m), Tuesday (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m), Wednesday (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m), Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m) and Friday (7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m). We are available to accept your cash and check payments in person during those hours. Credit card payments are not currently accepted at Village Hall (see the online payment possibility above).

5) Drop Slot

A drop slot is located adjacent to the front door of the Village Hall entrance (to the right of the main doors) if Village Hall is closed when you are able to drop off your payment.
