One of the vital services provided is the food pantry. The West Deerfield Township food pantry is now a choice-based experience designed with assistance from the Northern Illinois Food Bank. The food pantry has household and personal care items, which are not covered by other assistance received. The utilization of the food pantry is often a way to get residents to learn about other services they may need. Donations for pantry items are accepted year-round and there are opportunities for volunteering.

New this year for the Census, the West Deerfield Township will have a dedicated computer in the common area at West Deerfield Township offices that residents can use to complete the online census form. The computer will be available during Township office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm). The computer will be available for online submissions beginning on March 12, 2020.
